As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control processes by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting with visitor management as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and location staff to uphold security-related standards and provide a welcoming environment.
