As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations while supporting access control and incident response as needed. Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public responders as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion notifications, completing required documentation and/or reports.
• Support technology-focused operations by assisting with visitor management, delivery and driver check-in, and adherence to site rules for restricted areas and/or controlled assets.
