As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and tenants, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience with customer service is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Willingness to work at locations with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and/or directing visitors as required by site procedures.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by following all company protocols, completing required documentation, and participating in ongoing training.
Collaborate with property management and other personnel to address security-related needs specific to the location.
