As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and activate emergency response protocols as needed.
Communicate promptly and professionally with site personnel, management, and Allied Universal regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activity.
Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, incident reports, and other front desk documentation as required by site policies.
Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures for deliveries, packages, and mail received at the front desk.
Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the location.
