As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to promote peace of mind, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Supervisory experience is required.
At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the facility and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor for potential hazards or unusual conditions during patrols and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with questions or directions while maintaining a professional presence on site.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate concerns and/or escalate issues as needed.
