As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related questions and directions as needed within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift.
