As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter areas.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities within the facility.
Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
