As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all. You will conduct routine patrols, provide visible presence, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid are preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences in accordance with established protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.
Support access control procedures, including verifying identification and monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner.
