As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor interactions. You will document observations, communicate clearly with staff and responders, and deliver service that puts people first. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or local authorities as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobby spaces, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Control access by monitoring entrances, checking credentials as directed, and directing visitors and deliveries to the proper locations per site procedures.
• Complete required documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and report maintenance concerns and/or hazards observed during rounds.
