As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age for this role.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out screening procedures for individuals and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location, following established site-specific policies and protocols.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel in accordance with security-related procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and remain attentive to potential risks within the logistics and distribution environment.
