As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate setting, you will actively monitor and patrol the property, helping to deter security-related incidents while offering outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with security-related inquiries and directions as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential risks within the location.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client representative.
