We’re hiring a vigilant Security Guard to safeguard our recycling yards and operations in the Eastern region. Requirements

  • 5+ years of security experience (fire monitoring a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and patrolling techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls from security/fire monitoring agencies.
  • Patrol recycling yards by vehicle and on foot.
  • Monitor cameras for suspicious activity, fire risks, and safety hazards.
  • Respond to incidents, assess situations, and coordinate with management.
  • Collaborate with IT, local law enforcement, and emergency responders.
  • Maintain detailed logs of calls, alarms, and incidents.
  • Follow standard procedures and support daily operations.
