As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a financial institution location. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related matters as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns within the financial institution location.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to assist with security-related needs and help to deter unwanted behaviors.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location.
