As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a secure environment for residents and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their community. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Requirements

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity, according to Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed, following established procedures for the residential setting.
Assist residents, visitors, and staff with general inquiries and support, providing a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.
