Job Description As a Security Guard - Facility Entry in CLARKSVILLE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for all. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will play a key role in providing exceptional service, while our culture of teamwork, reliability, and integrity supports your growth and success in this dynamic setting.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect property.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors at the location, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents and daily activities.
