Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card or license is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and employee movement, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
Support access control, alarm response, and documentation duties by maintaining accurate activity logs, incident reports, and/or shift notes for daily operations.
