As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout a logistics and distribution location. You will interact with staff and visitors, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a secure environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor for suspicious activity or potential hazards during patrols and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and/or authorizations of individuals entering designated areas.
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
Collaborate with logistics and distribution staff to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
