As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential apartment communities, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations with professionalism. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or hazards within the location.
Assist residents, visitors, and staff with inquiries or directions while maintaining a professional presence.
Work closely with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as required for incident response or reporting.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.
