You will check credentials, screen personnel and vehicles, monitor activity, document incidents, and communicate clearly with team members and site leaders to help identify concerns early. Requirements
- Have at least 6+ months of security-related experience.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Screen employees, visitors, drivers, and deliveries at designated entry points by verifying identification, checking authorization, and controlling access using site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting details, and assisting with site response protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of dock areas, staging zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Complete reports and logs such as visitor logs, screening records, and incident documentation, and communicate observed concerns to site leadership per post orders.
