About The Position

Our team is made up of intelligent, dedicated, and detail-oriented professionals who prioritize exceptional customer service and loyalty. We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Associate to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time position, scheduled from 11:00PM to 07:00AM, with required availability to work every other weekend.

Requirements

Must own several dark-colored suits.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.
Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

CPR, First Aid, and AED training are a plus but not mandatory as all employees will receive training.

Responsibilities

Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.
Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.
Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.
Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.
