As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post.   • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense facility, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, suspicious activities, or security-related hazards to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
  • Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas within the location.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client policies.
  • Have at least one year of law enforcement experience or two or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or three or more years of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
