As a Screener with Allied Universal in the auto industry, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and controlling access to designated areas. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Assist with access control by screening individuals entering the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entry points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to established protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as needed to relay important information or request assistance.
• Support the overall security-related operations at the location by remaining alert and attentive to surroundings.
