Your role will involve monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with emergency personnel and following evacuation or lockdown procedures.
Answer inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.
