The Work: Duties will include but are not limited to: This position is located at Eglin AFB in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and will support the F-35 Lightning II Program. This position will perform duties as a Security Generalist and will be responsible for security support of classified and unclassified areas of the F-35 Academic Training Center (ATC) and / or F-35 Fighter Squadrons. As a security generalist, you will be responsible for controlling and managing unclassified / classified material documentation and media, as well as providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities. You will also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all F-35 areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities. You will perform other security duties as necessary and directed by the Site Security Manager. This position will primarily be assigned to First shift but may require flexibility to work other shifts as dictated by customer requirements to include weekends and other shifts assigned to support mission events. Occasional business travel may be required to include deployment and detachment support in arduous or austere locations to support F-35 security operations outside of Eglin AFB, FL. Who we are: We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs), Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs), and Security Representatives, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits. Requirements

  • Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security.
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Industrial and/or military security experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on the F-35 Program.
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 Physical Security knowledge.
  • Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team setting achieving common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
