About The Position

Lockheed Martin's, Rotary & Mission Systems (LM RMS), Program Security and Compliance invites you to step up to one of today's most daunting challenges: the protection of exquisite government capabilities leading to warfighter supremacy against our peer and near peer adversaries. As a program security professional at Lockheed Martin, you'll safeguard the sensitive information and warfighting capabilities that our citizens and the world depend upon to protect U.S. and ally interests. Here, you'll work alongside other program security experts and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you'll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep these exquisite capabilities protected. This position is located at Jacksonville ANG Base in Jacksonville, Fl and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Secret clearance will be required.

Requirements

  • Final Transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last five years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
  • Knowledge of DoD Manuals 5205.07 vols 1-4.
  • Working knowledge of ICD 705 standards.
  • Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
  • Knowledge of Joint Strike Fighter security requirements.
  • Experience working in a military environment.
  • Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 3, and ICD-705.
  • Works well independently and in group settings.
  • Excellent written, verbal and customer interface skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
  • Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205M 5205.07 Vol 1-4.
  • Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations.
  • Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s.
  • Perform classified material management.
  • Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media.
  • Other duties as needed by site and security leadership.
