About The Position

As a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites. You will also: Provide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites. Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador. Observe, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site. Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations. Read and write detailed, accurate reports on incidents and daily activities. Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards with professionalism.

Requirements

18+ years old or the minimum age required by the state
Customer service experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED; possessing an associate's degree is preferred
2+ years of security experience and/or military/LEO
Great communication and customer service skills
Knowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitors
Authorization to legally work in the United States
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Access to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice response throughout the Atlanta Metro area
Ability to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Ability to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)
Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads
Ability to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and use ladders
Ability to work at a desk and use a keyboard
Ability to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays
