As an Access Control Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage site entry, process visitors, verify credentials, monitor activity in assigned areas, and complete routine patrols as needed. You will stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, communicate clearly with team members and site personnel, and provide professional customer service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, confirming authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate location.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; document and report unusual activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal site leadership.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and assistance per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
