Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through your visible presence. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and/or emergencies within the location, following established protocols.
Dispatch security personnel to designated areas as needed to address incidents, requests for assistance, and/or routine patrols.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, dispatches, and security-related activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to on-site teams.
Communicate with site personnel and/or external agencies as required, relaying pertinent information clearly and promptly.
Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency responses.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from employees, visitors, and/or contractors in a professional manner.
Support Allied Universal management and site leadership with administrative tasks related to dispatch operations.
