Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, warehouse spaces, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
- Monitor access points and control entry for personnel and delivery traffic, verify identification and/or credentials, and follow visitor management and check-in processes.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with on-site contacts and reporting observations per post orders.
- Complete routine documentation such as shift activity reports and incident reports, communicate notable events to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management, and support investigations with accurate written statements.
