As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail distribution areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will be highly visible throughout the location, conducting routine patrols while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in maintaining order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify unusual activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities found during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and/or activities within the location.
Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and the client for the retail distribution environment.
