As an unarmed driving Patrol Officer at a high-profile aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service. You will conduct routine patrols and respond to needs as they arise while representing Allied Universal with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first, agile, reliable, and innovative approach. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sun 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of security experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting and documenting security-related concerns per post orders.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter points, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Monitor access points and controlled areas as assigned, assisting with visitor processing, badge and/or credential checks, and directing individuals to appropriate contacts.
  • Complete routine reports and activity logs, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management, and support investigations by preserving details and coordinating with approved contacts.
