Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous security experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in security roles is preferred but not required for some accounts.
• Polished communication skills and a presentable appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service and ensure the safety and security of all tenants/guests.
• Monitor and patrol premises and personnel to maintain a safe environment.
• Secure premises by monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
• Control traffic in the loading dock, both vehicular and pedestrian.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
