About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Special Response/Flex Security Guard? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to adapt from one mission to the next. A Flex Security Officer is a highly reliable and adaptable guard who is trained to work at different locations and cover various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. They are used to fill in for call-offs, vacations, or when additional coverage is needed. Their flexibility makes them a key support to the overall security team.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security

• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
