Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling enterprise-level security solutions (CCTV, access control, etc.).
  • Familiarity with fire systems (Edwards EST, Honeywell, Simplex) is a plus.
  • Proven success in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong integrity, initiative, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence key decision-makers and drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cutting-edge enterprise security offerings to the forefront of the construction industry.
  • Be the face of advanced security technologies such as CCTV, card access systems, and integrated enterprise platforms.
  • Work closely with general contractors, electrical contractors, and consulting engineers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition by offering strategic, technical, and business solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver Johnson Controls’ security solutions.
  • Engage deeply with contractors, consultants, and designers to understand their business goals.
  • Manage multiple complex opportunities from initial engagement to long-term service agreements.
  • Champion the expansion and renewal of multi-year service contracts.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in the construction community.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Johnson Controls’ strategic vision.
