Requirements

Security Experience 5+ Years
21+ Years of Age
Monitor Entrances & Exits
Access Control / Badge Exp.
Proficient With Security Technology Programs
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related breaches.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences as observed during patrols.
Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies.
Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and help to deter unwanted behavior within the location.
