About The Position

As a Security Driver Patrol in Los Lunas, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and assist employees and visitors with clear, professional communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries, following visitor and badge procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Complete timely reports and logs of patrols, incidents, inspections, and unusual activity, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts.
