The door host is responsible for taking reasonable steps to: (1) protect the safety of our guests and employees, (2) enforce Company policies in compliance with the ABC Act and similar laws, including, but not limited to, not allowing entry by individuals who are under the age of 21 or individuals showing signs of intoxication, and (3) protect the property of our guests, the Company, and our employees. The door host is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the venue and taking out the trash, performing bussing duties as directed by the MOD, and assisting with band and entertainer load-ins and load outs as directed by the MOD. Our door hosts are the first person that our guests see and are the employees to whom guests and other employees turn to when they have a question or a concern regarding guest conduct. Our door hosts therefore must greet guests in a warm, professional, and accommodating manner, and maintain positive, safe, and professional interactions with all guests, coworkers, and management team members.
