As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to company and site protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment appropriate for an aerospace and defense location.
Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents as required by site procedures.
Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to changing environments and conditions specific to the location.
