Oversees all security radio communications, monitoring CCTV and security alarms to dispatch security team members accordingly. Answers calls for security service and assistance in a high-volume environment, coordinating the deployment of security staff to ensure the safety and security of all employees, patients, LIPs, visitors, and volunteers. Utilizes telephones, radios, and/or computers to transmit assignments, document and compile statistics, save evidence, and immediately escalate any issues and/or anomalies.
