About The Position

This position is responsible for controlling all dispatching tasks as directed by the Director of Security. Must have excellent organizational and computer skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six or more months of relevant security experience.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or License(s), if any.
  • Must have a valid State Drivers License and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch officers for various calls.
  • Contact Engineering for all elevator issues.
  • Maintain key control for the property.
  • Handle all AMR calls which includes contacting Security and all departments listed.
  • Manage emergency calls.
  • Control Lost & Found and maintain log.
  • Handle all property outages (follow Emergency short or long call out list).
  • Maintain daily dispatch activity log.
  • Maintain report (DR) log.
  • Handle Emergency board and contact Engineering if needed.
  • Maintain room complaint tracking log if needed.
  • Maintain room pin/unpin log.
  • Maintain key in/out log.
  • Log daily Race and Sports time.
  • Control inventory of all required forms.
  • Provide Family Style Service to all Guests and Team Members.
