About The Position
The Security Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub for the Security Department, relaying critical information between Security Officers and Management. This role involves managing a multi-line communication center, including handling radio and telephone messages. In addition to clerical duties, Security Dispatchers must make quick, informed decisions, particularly during emergencies, while effectively juggling multiple tasks.
