As a Director, Enterprise Security Sales Engineering (ESSE) at Datadog, you will lead a global team of high-performing security solution engineering specialists responsible for driving the adoption of our security platform across key Enterprise accounts. You will play a critical role in building the next phase of Datadog’s enterprise security business, through deep engagement with key security decision makers at our customers, showcasing how enterprise observability is the new paradigm for effective and real-time enterprise security. You will partner closely with enterprise security sales leadership to identify customer needs, craft go to market strategy, demonstrate the value of Datadog's security solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
