You Have: Experience on: Low Voltage, Security, CCTV, Access Control. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location: Our Office: 8233 Leopard St., Ste 6, Corpus Christi, TX Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – Mon-Fri Your Manager: CuBrail Hendricks NCS’s Core Values Quality Communication Customer Service Integrity Safety Your Contribution to NCS: Client Objectives: Work with Sales Team to develop the right solution Client Expectations: Manage quote calendar, prioritize, meet deadlines Create Scope of Work: Review bid specs, conduct site walks, determine equipment and labor, build Bill of Materials (BOM) Project Estimates: Provide to Sales to support RFIs, RFPs etc. RFP’s/RFI’s: Respond/Create as needed Project Kickoff Meetings: Ensure a clean handoff to Operations Access Control Systems (LenelS2, Genetec, AMAG, RS2, etc.) Video Surveillance (CCTV / VMS) (Axis, Hanwha, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec) Intrusion Detection Systems (Bosch, Honeywell, DSC, etc.)

Requirements

Proven experience in security systems design and/or estimating (required)
Strong knowledge of: Access control systems CCTV / video surveillance platforms Intrusion detection systems
Proficiency with BlueBeam
Experience with Excel, Word, and estimating/quoting software
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and wiring diagrams

Responsibilities

Work with Sales Team to develop the right solution
Manage quote calendar, prioritize, meet deadlines
Review bid specs, conduct site walks, determine equipment and labor, build Bill of Materials (BOM)
Provide to Sales to support RFIs, RFPs etc.
Respond/Create as needed RFP’s/RFI’s
Ensure a clean handoff to Operations
