Hiring for Concierge Level Gatehouse - Security D Officers Boca Beach Area Must have a minimum of one year of experience working at a Condominium front desk or gate - Must have current security license Shift Sun and Mon 7am-3pm – Tues and Wed 3pm-11pm $18.00 p/hr Concierge professionals are accountable for greeting residents, assisting guests and coordinating deliveries

Requirements

Must have a minimum of one year of experience working at a Condominium front desk or gate
Must have current security license
Valid FL Security D License
Valid FL Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Other duties to be determined by operations
