About The Position

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Crowd Control Specialist to join our security team. The Crowd Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing crowd behavior, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding to incidents as they arise. This role requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during high-traffic events and peak hours.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in security or crowd control preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in crowd management or security training.
• Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
