The position pays $18 to $19 per hour, based on your experience. The position is approximately 30 hours per week. Job Description: Patrols interiors and exteriors of the property throughout shift and ensures overall security of the premises by: Ensuring main building doors, windows and amenity spaces are properly locked and/or secured after-hours Ensuring nonresident trespassers are asked to leave property at night and notifying/working with police to remove non-compliant trespassers from property as necessary Addressing noise issues or other lease violations caused by residents and/or guests of residents Assisting with after-hours resident lockouts Drafting detailed nightly recaps and incident reports sent to Manager or appropriate team members for resident or emergency occurrences during shift Notifying After-Hours Emergency Maintenance and working with on-site team to ensure after-hours maintenance emergencies are addressed by the proper team members Providing superior customer service Adhere to the Trinity operating procedures and policies Demonstrate ability to resolve customer/resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the proper department, team member or Manager Additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership

Requirements

Ability to handle a high-volume workload efficiently and calmly
Exhibit effective delegation and communication skills
Administrative and organizational skills
Customer service orientation with a “can-do” attitude and a solutions-focused goal in conflict resolution
Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely
Basic computer and Internet knowledge
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

High school education or equivalent is required
Accurately use all on-site resident management software functions

Nice To Haves

Previous night patrol or security guard experience preferred
