About The Position

The Casino Security Corporal plays a leadership role within the Security Department, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. This position provides direct oversight to Security Officers during assigned shifts, ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and responds effectively to incidents while delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must have one-year security or surveillance experience.
• Must have and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
• Must have good driving record.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in California and Arizona.

Nice To Haves

• Guard card a plus.
• Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
• Tribal preference given to qualified enrolled tribal members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of the Casino’s assets, personnel, customers and all visitors during their assigned shift.
