About The Position

BAI is currently seeking a Security Contract Program Manager for a program based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling . In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your existing security experience in managing a team of Security Professionals, as well as gain new skills in a dynamic environment. Role: Manage a team of approximately 15 personnel providing administrative security services to a large U.S. Navy Aviation Program at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB). Provide leadership for security support at multiple locations across the U.S. Have CPSO experience necessary to provide leadership to six separate CPSOs serving at different locations. Assist Government Program Security Officers (PSOs) to ensure the facilities under contract purview are ready for annual inspections. Implement contract requirements including monitoring of expenditures, ensuring deliverable schedules and directing day-to-day customer contract security requirements. Oversee all security functions for the Program Management Office (PMO) including personnel security, facility physical security, security education and training, security technical assessments, and security policy implementation and management. Provide day-to-day assistance with JADE database entry, giving program indoctrination briefing and debriefings, and conducing annual refresher training. Assist in writing, review and approval or SCI and SAP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Registry Procedures, and OPSEC Plans for cognizant facilities. Provide oversight of the Security Registry responsible for classified document control, visit certifications, and media control.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience guiding a team of security professionals.
  • 10 years experience supporting customers with outstanding personnel interaction skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Degree preferred).
  • 10 years’ Special Access Program Experience with DODM 5205.07 Volumes I-IV Special Access Program Implementation.
  • Knowledge of SAP PERSEC, physical security, OPSEC, and SCI security implementation.
  • Security Certification such as SPED SFPC.
  • Knowledge of ICD-705 SCIF construction requirements.
  • TS/SCI eligible security clearance.

  • Program Management Certification a plus.
