Our current opening is for a Security Service Field Engineer/Technician in our St. Louis office. Technician will be responsible for providing customers with the highest quality installations possible in an efficient and timely manner while assuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver’s license
Final candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and diagnosis systems and products at customer’s location.
Provide technical support to customers.
Responsible for installing product and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to install, program, and diagnose systems.
Provide updates to project managers.
Ensure quality completion of project.
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
