About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence, focusing heavily on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is based in Costa Mesa, CA, with a set schedule of 24 hours per week, specifically Friday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21, with DailyPay available for employees. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Possess a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
